Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. 

1. Please email ArzLibnan@outlook.com to request a return authorization. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the order receipt. 

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method, depending on your financial institution.

Return Condition Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include videos, music, software, and video games.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order as well as you will have to pay return shipping.

Vouchers or discounts offered including free shipping will be forfeited and an amount equal to the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded.
