Jenny Adams grew up on the grounds of an asylum run by her domineering psychologist father Dr. Madsen Adams. They lived there until the mysterious death of Jenny's mother. It was always assumed yet never proven that one of the inmates was the killer. Jenny never assumed, she always questioned.

Without her father's knowledge, Jenny enlists the help of William - a disturbed young man in the doctors' care - to return to the now abandoned asylum. Once there, she encounters several former inmates - a priest, a medium, and a drug addict - who all share her visions.

Jenny becomes trapped within the decaying hulk of the asylum with her terrifying memories and at least one killer. When people again begin to die, she realizes that she is danger of losing both her sanity and her life.
