As the violent electrical storm gathers force, one lightning bolt after another rips out of the sky and into the town’s vital power-generating plant. Volatile chemicals are exploding all over, and the entire plant may blow up in minutes. Power and phone lines are down throughout the town. Firefighters have run out of water. Stranded in boats on the lake and huddled under trees in the park, citizens are in grave danger of lightning strikes. Inside a burning building, surrounded by sparking electrical wires, a terrified young boy has nearly given up hope. But Billy Blazes is on the way, ready to put his life on the line to make the rescue!
