Reggie Jackson, baseball's "Mr. October", established himself as one of the greatest home run hitters in the history of the game in his 21 major league seasons.

Jackson's resume stands as one of the most impressive ever: sixth all-time in career homers with 563, four-time American League home run champion, 1973 American League Most Valuable Player, over 2500 lifetime hits and 1700 runs batted in, and American League All-Star 12 times.

Reggie saved his greatest moments for the World Series, two with the Oakland A's and three with the New York Yankees. His three consecutive home runs in Game Six of the 1977 Fall Classic helped lead the Yankees to their first wold championship in 15 years. His 10 career home runs, .357 batting average, and two MVP awards in the World Series earned him the nickname of "Mr. October". He became so popular in New York that they name a candy bar after him.
